While working as a graphic designer at Tasteful Ideas, I started taking on some freelance projects—mainly designing T‑shirts for coaches who were friends of mine. What began as a few small jobs quickly grew, and before long the printer I was outsourcing to couldn’t keep up with the demand. So I invested in a hand press and started printing the shirts myself, right out of my apartment garage. That’s where Alexander’s Design truly began.

Today, I’m equipped with an automatic press, an LED exposure unit, and professional‑grade equipment that lets me deliver some of the best quality printing you’ll find anywhere. I’ve moved on from that apartment garage, and while I no longer print out of a basement apartment, I do print in the basement of my home—which means I can still offer the best prices in Kansas City without sacrificing craftsmanship.
